Magnify 100
Our Magnify 100 program is geared to specifically ensure that 100 minority males become home owners.The greatest accomplishment in a person's financial life, is to become a home owner. This not only improves the nature of one's lifestyle but the community as a whole.
DC is working directly with mortgage companies that share this perspective and also see the profitability of such a venture. Likewise, we select the participants carefully and require that they be employed and attend mandatory financial education classes. We also utilize credit repair if necessary and underwriting professionals of our own to help pre-qualify our participants.
Magnify 100 is not yet accepting participants but is expected to begin by the close of 2017.
